Insecticides are safe for your family and pets when applied by a licensed technician. For most applications, you’ll be instructed to keep children and pets away from and avoid contact with treated surfaces until the products have dried.
Satisfaction is guaranteed with all my services. It is my responsibility to set clear expectations for each service. If those expectations are not met, I'm happy to return for no charge and address the issue.
Most liquid residual insecticides will last for 60-90 days before they begin to break down.
I currently service Northern Colorado and parts of Wyoming from Longmont North up to Cheyenne and Laramie.
I accept checks, cash, and all major credit and debit cards for payment
For the average home, a rodent sealing service will take around 120 minutes to inspect and seal the perimeter of the home.
Before a service for spiders and general crawling insects, it may be beneficial to move stored items away from baseboards throughout the interior of the home. This is not necessary but can be helpful if the home has not had a pest control service completed in years. You do not need to pull furniture away from the walls.
No, most interior applications will be a liquid insecticide that is applied along the baseboards. If you have pets in the home, we will discuss prior to the service how to manage them while the products are being applied and while they dry.
When managing spiders and general crawling insects, the frequency of service needed depends on several factors including the construction of your home, your landscaping, proximity to natural bodies of water, and your tolerance for the target pest.
On average, most of my clients that utilize my services for spiders and insects call me as needed and that often ends up being 2-4 times a year.
For rodent and wildlife sealing services, many homes or buildings will only need to have this service completed once.
